I graduated with Bachelor of physiotherapy degree in 2011. Motivated to enhance my academic knowledge and sharpen clinical skills, I completed Maters of Physiotherapy with specialization in orthopedics/muscdivoskeletal sciences in 2015 from New Delhi, India. I was awarded ‘University first rank holder’ for my outstanding academic excellence. Presently, I am registered in good standing with college of physiotherapist of Ontario, Canada. I also had license to practice physiotherapy in Nepal and India in the past.In my clinical career, I have worked at various super specialty hospitals and private practice clinics treating patients from acute injuries to chronic illness requiring physiotherapy care. I believe that a sound understanding of normal human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics are key in treating various injuries and dysfunctions. I focus substantially on detailed initial assessment as I go with the philosophy of ‘Listen to Your Patient’. My physiotherapy care plan is always patient centric, goal oriented and customized with manual therapy and exercise science. I like being updated with recent advancements and do extensive literature reading for evidence informed practice.I believe in family values and love to be rooted with my origin; thus, I spend available time with my family. I love cooking for my family as much as I love physiotherapy. One basic similarity that I noticed is both requires a lot of patience for the best outcome.
